Trauma of refugees in Europe: An approach through art therapy as a solidarity program for Ukraine war victims
2024-1-BE01-KA220-ADU-000257527
This initiative is powered by a transnational consortium of six dedicated partners from Belgium, Greece, Portugal, Ukraine, Luxembourg, and Italy. Together, we are bridging the gap between mental health centers, artists, and civil society to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment. Through our collaborative efforts, we are developing innovative resources, including an educational art therapy e-book, a Hybrid Massive Open Online Course (HMOOC), and a series of public art therapy performances designed to de-stigmatize mental health and empower individuals on their journey toward recovery.
As you explore our website, you will find a wealth of digital tools and learning materials tailored for mental health professionals, educators, and victims alike. From in-depth research and professional training modules to moving documentary episodes that capture real-life stories of hope, TRUST is more than just a project; it is a community of solidarity. We invite you to join us in championing the transformative potential of art and building a future where creative expression becomes a universal language for communication and healing.
Project duration: 01.09.2024 – 31.08.2027
